The Suez Project – IVECO Soap & Oils Company is an integrated industrial development serving a specialized soaps and oils manufacturing facility. The project includes a factory and warehouse constructed on a total area of 8,000 sqm, designed to meet high industrial and operational standards.
Project Scope:
We worked closely with IVECO to execute a complete industrial facility comprising a 5,000 sqm warehouse and a 3,000 sqm factory with internal silos. The scope covered excavation in rocky soil, foundation works, reinforced concrete and waterproofing, steel and metal structures, roof installation, stainless steel silos, and full fire protection systems. The project reflects precision-driven execution of complex industrial and storage facilities.
