Project Scope:
The project includes three fully equipped warehouses, including a Cold Store Warehouse for chilled and frozen storage, along with a four-story administrative building featuring a main reception, fire water tank, and fire pump room. The scope of work covered site preparation, structural and roofing works, internal slabs and flooring, as well as the complete execution of fire fighting, fire alarm, electrical, air conditioning, and lighting systems.
