The scope included excavation and reinforced concrete works, full foundation and structural construction, execution of steel structures with high-specification sandwich panel cladding, construction of a two-floor administrative building with a total area of 2,000 m², preparation of service facilities with 600 m³ fire water tanks, installation of fire fighting and fire protection systems, implementation of racking systems and logistics equipment including forklifts, and installation of lighting and HVAC systems to guarantee efficient warehouse operations.

The project was delivered fully operational, aligned with technical, operational, and safety standards to support efficient pharmaceutical storage and logistics operations.
Project Scope:
We delivered a complete turnkey warehouse solution including civil works, steel structure and cladding systems, administrative and service buildings, fire protection systems, logistics equipment, lighting, and HVAC systems. The project covered all phases from construction and infrastructure preparation through system commissioning and final handover, ensuring the client could immediately operate the facility upon delivery.
